At Status Correction Africa, we provide automated document generation services specifically for The Status Correction Assembly process. We understand that accuracy is crucial for these important documents, so our policy focuses on ensuring you get the correct documents rather than simply processing refunds.

Our Service

Our automated service streamlines the traditionally manual and tedious Status Correction Assembly process. Instead of generating all documents yourself, our platform automates this process to save you time and ensure accuracy.

Important: Once documents have been successfully generated, the service is considered complete and delivered. Digital document generation services are not eligible for traditional refunds.

Document Re-generation Policy

Instead of refunds, we offer document re-generation in the following circumstances:

  • System Bug or Error: If our software contains a bug that produces incorrect documents (proof required)
  • Input Correction: If you made an error when entering information and need to correct it
  • Our Mistake: If we made an error in the document generation process

Re-generation Process

To request document re-generation:

  1. Contact us at statuscorrectionafrica@gmail.com within 14 days of discovering the issue
  2. Provide your order details and explain the specific problem
  3. For bug reports, include evidence showing the incorrect output
  4. We will reset your application so you can re-generate the correct documents

Time Limit: You have 14 days from when you discover a mistake to report it to us. After 14 days, you will need to purchase the service again to generate new documents.

Non-Eligible Situations

Re-generation is not available in the following cases:

  • Documents were generated correctly based on the information you provided
  • You entered incorrect information but did not report it within 14 days
  • You changed your mind about the information after documents were generated
  • You no longer need the documents for personal reasons

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in these exceptional circumstances:

  • Payment processing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service was completely unavailable and no documents were generated
  • Significant system failure that prevented any document generation

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
